Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is your return policy?

Your complete satisfaction is always our primary concern. If, for any reason, you feel less than satisfied with your product, please  return item(s) within 10 days of invoice for a full refund (does not include shipping) or credit towards an exchange.
If the product is defected due to workmanship or materials, please return the item(s) within 30 days of invoice for a full refund (does not include shipping) or credit towards an exchange.

Q. Can you send me a catalog?

Due to the uniqueness of each item, this Web Site serves as our "catalog".

Q. Can I order something that is out of stock?

You can only order an out-of stock item if it's from the "Aspie" line. You will be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted once the item is re-stocked and you can buy it. The rest of the jewelry may not be created again after they go out of stock.
Send us an email with the product's name(s) and the quantity of the items you would like to purchase, if you would like to be put on the waiting list.

Q. What happens if I add an item to my cart and forget to complete my transaction?

Once you add an item to your cart, the item is removed from stock and is placed on hold for an hour, during which you're expected to complete your purchase. After an hour the item will be placed back in stock and be available again for others to purchase.
After an hour your item might appear to still be in your cart but it may not be available.
Make sure that the item is still available by refreshing the product page you were visiting to see what's on stock before you proceed to checkout.

Q. Can I buy a higher quantity than available?

No, we ask that you select the quantity before you hit the "add to cart" button.
Once you are in the cart you will be able to remove the item or decrease the quantity. If you increase the item's quantity in the cart more then the current stock availability, we will be able to send you only what's available and refund the rest to you. In some cases (mainly the "Aspie" line) we will contact you and upon your consent, place you at the top of the waiting list.
